Cancellation
You may request cancellation of future DailyStock renewals by emailing contact@trei.dev. Cancellation stops future billing after it is processed.
Refund eligibility
- Duplicate charges, accidental duplicate mandates, or failed-payment reversals are eligible for review.
- Requests made within 7 days of a new charge may be reviewed if the service was not used during that billing period.
- Completed billing periods where the hosted service was available are generally not refundable.
How to request a refund
Email contact@trei.dev with your payment reference, billing month, and reason. Eligible refunds are processed through the original payment method where Razorpay supports it.
